Common questions

Where is my data stored?

On your phone only. There is no account and no cloud copy.

How do I move to a new phone?

Save an encrypted backup file from Settings → Backup & restore, then restore it on the new phone.

What if I lose my backup password?

We cannot recover it. Backups are encrypted on your device with your password. The app does not automatically send backup files or passwords to us.

Why do I not get reminders?

Check that notifications are allowed for Servicefolio in your device settings.

Can I export my service history?

Yes. Create a PDF service history in the app and share or save it with your device's own options.
