Privacy policy

Last updated: 20 October 2026

Servicefolio keeps your data on your device. It has no accounts and no sign-in. This page explains what the app stores, where it goes and what you control.

Who we are

Servicefolio is made by Baruckis Apps. For questions about this policy, use the contact on the Support page.

What the app stores

The information you enter, such as your vehicles, service records and mileage, is stored in a local database on your phone. The app does not require an account.

Where it is stored

Your records stay on your device. The app does not automatically upload them to us or to a cloud service. You can choose to export and share backups or PDF reports using your device's sharing options. We do not operate servers that collect or store your vehicle records.

Third-party SDKs

The app does not include analytics, advertising or crash-reporting SDKs.

Encrypted backups

When you create a backup file, it is encrypted on your device with a password you choose, using Argon2id for key derivation and AES-256-GCM for encryption. The app does not automatically send backup files or passwords to us. You decide where to save or share exported files. We cannot recover a forgotten backup password.

Notifications

Service reminders are scheduled locally on your device through the operating system. The app does not use a push notification server.

Your choices

You can delete individual records in the app. Uninstalling Servicefolio removes its local database from your device. On iOS, choose Delete App; Offload App keeps the app's data. Backup files and PDF reports you saved or shared separately are not deleted by uninstalling Servicefolio.

Children and changes

Servicefolio is not directed at children and does not knowingly collect personal information from anyone. If the app later adds online features or in-app purchases, this policy will be updated before they take effect.
